APPOINTMENTS AND FEES
Before your Visit
Our practice runs on an appointment system and we strive to run close to time. We encourage patients to book the appropriate level of appointment to suit their needs and to arrive 5 minutes prior to their appointment.
We welcome new patients. At your first visit, we request that you bring the following:
- Medicare card
- Photo ID – drivers licence, or passport
- Concession card, including pension or DVA cards
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete our paperwork.
Appointment Bookings
Existing patients are able to use our HotDocs portal to book an appointment. If you have not booked an appointment with us before, “Signup” to create a new account. Be sure to keep you login details safe and secure.
After signing up, “Login” to book an appointment using our HotDocs portal. If you have any questions about this, please don’t hesitate to call our admin staff, who are happy to help you.
FEES
We are a private billing practice and charge private fees for medical consumables, we have EFTPOS available. Most patients will incur out of pocket fees for appointments however, certain patients will be eligible for bulk-billing or a discounted rate.
Patients seeking bulk-billing or concession entitlements will need to present their valid concession cards at their appointment.
At the end of your appointment, you will need to pay the full private fee. We have the capacity to process your Medicare rebate onto your EFTPOS card after your appointment, although sometimes you will need to apply for the rebate through MyGov yourself. It can take 1-2 business days for the rebate to appear.
Our reception staff will always endeavour to provide you with an accurate indication as to the cost of your appointment. However, please keep in mind that the cost may vary based on the treatment you receive.
Children under 16 with a valid Medicare card will be bulk billed

Failure to Attend / Cancellation Fees
All patients who do not attend their booked appointment and who have not provided more than 3 hours notice will be charged a failure to attend fee.
This fee must be paid prior to booking any future appointments:
Standard appointment $50.00 : Long appointment $80.00
